The Entry Level Charity Customer Service Associate’s primary goal is to bridge the gap between our charity partners and members of the Cincinnati community. As the Entry Level Charity Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to create brand visibility and drive company sales through direct, personalized interactions with customers and community members. A passion for talking with people and ensuring customer satisfaction is a must in this role. Ideal candidates for the Entry Level Charity Customer Service Associate role will have a background in customer service, retail sales, or the hospitality industry.
Entry Level Charity Customer Service Associate Role & Responsibilities:
- Initiate direct communication with community members to educate them on the goals and mission of our charity partners
- Collect valuable feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement within our marketing and sales campaigns
- Attend promotional events on a daily basis to create brand awareness and drive revenue on behalf of the charities we represent
- Attend training sessions alongside fellow entry level team members to sharpen customer service and sales skills
- Maintain compliance standards as outlined by our charity partners and our company to ensure the brand is represented in a professional manner
Entry Level Charity Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality or a related industry is highly desirable
- Excited to work directly with customers, clients, and teammates
- Motivated to meet and exceed company sales targets
- Able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
- Able to travel to meet with customers and clients as needed
- High school diploma or GED is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,150.00 per week
