We are looking for a sociable, future-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Assistant Trainee. We specialize in producing powerful, impactful and memorable retail events for charitable organizations and initiatives throughout the United States with a focus in Ohio and the Midwest at the moment. Due to new growth and partnerships, our Events team has been employed to drive awareness for our charity partners, generate positive buzz, and increase their financial support.

This is why we need an Entry Level Event Assistant Trainee that is goal-oriented, solution-focused and determined to join a company where work is far more than just receiving a paycheck. The core function of the Entry Level Event Assistant Trainee is to organize, facilitate and execute in-person events on behalf of our charity partner to increase awareness, raise financial support, and conduct informational presentations to educate the community.
Entry Level Event Assistant Trainee Responsibilities:
- Develop, formalize and lead in-person events to meet with local community members and spread awareness on behalf of our charity partner
- Become an expert in our charitable organizations and missions to establish credibility, trust, and support with interested donors and supporters
- Utilize an extreme sense of professionalism when communicating with clients and interested parties including when answering questions, processing donation requests, and escalating concerns to the appropriate Senior Manager
- Effectively convey our nonprofit partner’s mission to potential donors to increase funding and repeat donations
- Assist donors with registration and process confidential information in accordance with our compliance and privacy policies
