PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Assist in the installation and configuration of security and fire systems hardware.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
- Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.
- Must be able to work at heights.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Position may require travel: Up to 25%
