What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Specialist position at FST Logistics?

Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning and facilitating training programs for FST Brokerage Services.
- You will be responsible for onboarding processes, training, and technology platform instruction for Brokerage new hires.
- You will be responsible for communicating with department leaders to identify training needs and mapping out
development plans for the department. - You will organize and manage the training programs, be the first point of contact for the learner groups and
assign trainings to owners that are necessary for their roles. - You will provide the overall learning activity logistics including training and classroom schedules, preparing classrooms in advance, maintaining classrooms and supplies, manage class materials such as printing and assembling.
- You will collaborate with Learning & Development to identify areas where additional support and training maybe needed. You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.
Requirements:

- Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers.
- Experience in creating and facilitating education materials is preferred.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and digital delivery tools.
- MS office proficiency.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in education, training, HR, or logistics is preferred. An eye for detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their learning goals
