Position Summary

Full Circle is seeking to hire a contract Marketing Specialist to help take our marketing to the next level. In this role, you will create, deliver and support various marketing initiatives across the company – from new product launches to dealer communications and marketing campaigns and presentations. The selected candidate will be a motivated, energetic and creative thinker with previous experience in marketing, including development of new product launch materials, product marketing collateral, email marketing and web site support (through Content Management tool). The role will provide daily support to development of sales collateral, editing / creation of sales presentations, maintenance of various digital mediums (websites, portal, apps), and development of various project plans and marketing content. 

Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses

• Motivated, energetic, and strong marketing mindset.
• Team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong knowledge of AP style.
• Strong project management/organizational skills; able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Expected to leverage project management best practices to ensure projects are complete.
• Proven track record of executing marketing and communications plans across a range of mediums. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in technical materials.
• Experience creating Marketing project plans.
• Experience developing sales collateral, including new product presentation materials and sales training content.
• Knowledgeable about brand standards and marketing/sales support functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses

• Experience with project planning tools, such as Asana.
• Experience with email marketing and social media.
• Basic knowledge of web content management systems.
• Experience with supplier management.
