Fernandez Management is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support HR operations across our growing family entertainment centers. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can handle recruitment, streamline processes, and contribute to our positive and professional culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for various positions across multiple locations. Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- HR Operations: Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Process Automation: Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to streamline HR processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee engagement and resolve workplace concerns promptly and professionally.
- Onboarding & Training: Oversee and improve onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly. Support training initiatives for growth and development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal standards, including reporting and document management.
- HR Projects: Lead and collaborate on various HR projects, such as improving employee retention, performance evaluation systems, and digitizing HR operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Experience in recruiting background.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (or similar automation tools) to streamline processes.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Mindset: Solution-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. You’re resourceful, with a knack for making things better and easier.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
