We are looking for a creative, forward thinking and talentedWEBDESIGNERto join our team!Our Web Designers own our multi-branded design system. They not only innovate andmaintainour design system; they also advise andassistin the designs and front-end concerns ofallour platforms on both mobile and web. This position will be primarily focused on the mobile platform of our design system but you can expect work to crossover into web. You might be a designer who loves to code, or a developer who has an appetite for well-designed things -- wherever you land on that spectrum,let’schat.

Design Engineering supports the other teams we work with -- their success is our success. We are passionate about modern design and development practices while keeping in mind the usability of the design system. • Innovate and maintain our Design System
• Help research and discover the best UX and UI solutions for their projects
• Provide front-end support through the Design System component library and UI kit
• Writing and managing all front-end code libraries through React-Native with crossover to HTML, CSS, SASS, and Vue
• Communicate front-end efforts with customers, stakeholders, and teammates
• Conduct and participate in usability tests
• Take responsibility for the outcomes of your work
• Passionately demonstrate the value of design and user experience in all work
• Celebrate your successes and the success of others

• An online portfolio of your recent projects
• General understanding of the relationship between UI and UX
• A keen awareness of the strength of visual elements
• Eager to learn and keep up with design and technology trends
• Committed to high-craft and following processes
• Able to communicate effectively
• Can peacefully balance a diverse workload
• Bachelor’s Degree related to visual design, front-end development, or equivalent practical experienceHIGHLY PREFERRED
