Responsibilities

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, technical sales, or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and direct sales strategies.
