Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assembly with a valid Driver's license to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with driving duties, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable operating various types of vehicles and equipment.

Duties

• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of items.
• Drive a box truck or van to deliver products to designated locations, adhering to scheduled routes.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movements.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in general warehouse duties, including organizing inventory, assembling furniture and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while operating equipment and driving.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse assembly or driving role is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Experience with heavy lifting and operating warehouse equipment such as jacks and trollies and furniture carts is essential.
• Strong customer service skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients during deliveries.
• A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• assembly and lifting: 1 year (Preferred)
