What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vinyl Applicator position at Fusion Sign and Design?
Fusion Sign & Design is a full service, custom sign company located in Riverside, CA . We are looking for talented individuals with vinyl application experience to join our dynamic team as we achieve our next level of excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with all types of vinyl, as well as experience applying to various substrates. The gifted person to fill this position must be able to read drawings and plans, have a strong work ethic and hold a “Can-Do” attitude, even under stress. Following are the qualifications the successful candidate must possess:
* Skilled with Vinyl squeegee, utility knife.
* Cut vinyl and apply to various substrates
* Cleans surface to be covered.
* Positions vinyl on surface visually or using template and smooth out air bubbles with roller or edge board.
* Ability to read drawing, plans and designs
* Attention to detail is a must
* Creative approach to problem solving, must be able to think outside the box
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Show pride in work and a determination to finish the job.
* Present a clean and appropriately dressed appearance.
* Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign and Design in a professional manner and with integrity.
* Strong organizational skills, eye for detail.
* Ability to follow detailed written instructions
* Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with deadlines.
* Scheduling flexibility/ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
