Futura Mobility, a leading company in Workforce Support industry in the region. We're now hiring a warehouse associate to help us keep growing. Our Technology Center is comprised of inventory control, equipment assembly & repair, help desk and technical support personnel. Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Manage on site parts inventory for installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
- Document Shipping, Receiving & inventory storage processes.
- Respond quickly to customer issues
- Advise and demonstrate/educate field staff on the parts inventory as needed.
- Operate forklift vehicle in a safe manner - OSHA safety card required.
- Follow all company’s procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information as needed.
- Organize a list of parts needed to service equipment on location
- Discuss/Request parts needed to service location
- Open/Close/Update tickets in a timely fashion within FUTURA Cloud-Based Application
- Gather and analyze information skillfully and have ability to make sound, timely and accurate judgement supporting field operations.
- Pass PENNDOT Physical Exam and be responsible for delivery of equipment to customer locations.
- Maintain highest levels of safety, quality of work, professional presentation and reputation as FUTURA associate.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is highly preferred.
- Great mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a day
- Great communication skills to interface with customers
- Ability to work independently & maintain documents using Microsoft suite.
- Professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible, well organized and maintain positive work attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules/priorities
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience assembling nursing carts (Capsa, Rubbermaid, Ergotron, Enovate, Tripplite etc....) is preferred
Logistics:
- Must live within a daily commuting distance of Montgomeryville, PA to be considered or willing to relocate (Relocation costs will not be reimbursed for this role)
- Hours - Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
- Valid Driver's License and reliable (own) method of Transportation
