Futures has an immediate need for an experienced Behavioral Health Technician
We are seeking an excited and outgoing Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. The Behavioral Health Technician is able to provide outstanding client service and care with compassion and discretion. The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the complete care and support of the patients undergoing treatment at Futures. We are looking for Night shifts (6pm-6:30am). 5%shift differential for night shift.

Requirements
- One year’s experience in a residential or inpatient treatment program, preferred
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License, required
- Background check and drug screen, required
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and can update patient information
- Must be able to work four weekend shifts per month
- Provide a safe and welcoming space for our patients

- Display the ability to transport patients to various scheduled appointments
- Display have excellent verbal communication skills
- Be able to communicate the rules and regulations to new admissions
