Description
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $18/hr - $24/hr
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO after 90 days!
Summary: The PPAP Coordinator/Quality Tech is responsible for completing customer PPAP’s and associated paperwork in a timely manner, as well as assisting the Quality Manager in assuring product quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Visually inspects and measures parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments
Checks dimensions and finishes against blueprints or work order specifications
Perform powder coat adhesion tests
Document daily titration and PH balance test results
Perform daily audits on various production processes
May be required to perform finishing operations to correct nonconforming parts
Coach quality criteria throughout departments
Assist with problem solving, internal and external quality issues
