GA Rogers & Associates has partnered with our client in Irving, Texas as they add a new Senior Financial Analyst to their growing team!
The Senior Analyst will serve as a key member of the corporate FP&A Team and a strategic partner to the leadership team.

$80,000-$100,000 401k match full benefits
This hybrid role will offer 2-3 days onsite and the remainder remote!
This role will support the team with budgeting, forecasting, and various strategic initiatives, and will collaborate with leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Manage financial reporting during budgeting and forecasting periods
- Create dynamic financial models that will streamline forecasting and partner with the team on process improvements
- Lead financial reporting efforts, presenting to leadership
- Assist with assurance on the data integrity side, and analysis
- Drive month end close and manage related variance analysis
- Manage expenses and partner with leadership to manage expense line items
- Perform ad hoc projects for Retail and Corporate executives on an as-needed basis
Experience and Education
** Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required
** Minimum of 3 solid years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Ability to create complex financial models
- Must be a team player who is eager and willing to put in extra effort
- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and in a demanding but fun role
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
