SUMMARY:
The primary objective of this position is to identify customers’ needs, offer our services and products. Ensure that customers have a positive experience from start to finish.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Marketing is strongly preferred. At Least 5 years of related experience required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
· Achieve sales growth and sales targets by successfully closing on regional sales contracts.
· Design and implement a strategic sales business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
· Present outstanding sales presentations to potential customers and close the deal.
· Manage sales accounts and enter information into a sales database (CRM).
· Build long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and servicing the customer’s needs.
· Call (cold calling) to businesses and key decision makers.
· Locate emerging markets, identify market shifts, and understand competitor status while being fully aware of emerging new products and the competition status (SWOT).
· Write service contracts fluently, confidently, and competitively. This includes both short- and long-term service contracts for the customer.
· Position will primarily focus on the southeastern region of the continental United States (Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas and North Carolina-not within 60 miles of GOC Office in Goldston, NC)
· Availability to work remotely and travel to corporate office for meetings, events, etc. when required.
· Adherence to safety protocols and procedures is mandatory.
· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence, i.e. documented mileages, fuel amounts, etc. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Experience as a Sales Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of a business organization. Ability to drive the sales process forward from beginning to end.
Strong business acumen and petroleum industry expertise – including but not limited to fuels, diesel exhaust fluid, and lubricants. Strong negotiating skills.
Excellent long-term relationship and communication skills.
Must speak fluent English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Must have proficiency in basic math skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
The individual must be able to make independent decisions while considering variables in situations on a regular basis. The ability to make crucial operating decisions while multi-tasking is required for this position.

PAY STRUCTURE:
Base Salary of $50,000.00 paid bi-weekly commission.
Candidate must live in Texas or Louisiana.
