Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Thorough knowledge of industry codes for compliance of federal and state regulations.
- Responsible for understanding the Contractual Requirements, technical specifications and construction drawings for the construction phase of projects.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills and proficient computer skills (MS Office and Outlook are required).
- Ability to pass and obtain security clearance.
- This position will require travel and access to a vehicle.
