THE OPPORTUNITY

Galvion has a unique opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Marlborough, MA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will assemble all electromechanical assemblies released to production and accurately record work performed in the build log database.

YOU WILL BE EVALUATED ON YOUR ABILITY TO

• Abide by all processes established within the work cell to safely complete all tasks.

• Follow all work instructions to ensure a safe work environment and quality is being achieved throughout the production process.

• Maintain a clean work area daily.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 1-3 years’ experience of strong assembly skills in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, wire diagrams, etc., is required.

• Ability to use basic hand tools in a production environment.

• Willing and able to safely complete all given tasks to reach the team/company goals.

• Individual must be able to maintain professionalism while working in a strong team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and self-management of daily tasks is required.
