What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager position at Game Changers Running Company?
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to include but not limited to
- Provide Game Changing Customer Service to our guests
- Utilize foot scanning software to select running shoes based on needs and usage
- Operate POS, Cash Register, Credit Card Machine and general B2B platforms
- Assist in managing inventory as well as special ordering processes and drop ships
- Manage staff when Store Manager is away
- Participate in store functions(group runs, races, product demonstrations)
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, management, or upper level associate is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Experience in pos systems and cash register operations
- Experience in retail athletic shoe sales, apparel, or sporting goods is preferred
