What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Hardscape Mason Team Leader position at Gardens of Babylon?

Objectives:
- Make sure the customer is happy
- Get the job done safely
Essential Functions:
- Manage landscape masonry projects in a timely and organized manner. The goal is to finish the project at or below the estimated time. Project planning is paramount to an organized project.
- Communicate regularly with client to ensure customer is well informed of job progress and details and with sales person and/or designer to ensure accurate execution of plan
- Notify clients of proposed start date at least 1 week in advance
- Scheduling, training and supervising crew members on all job procedures.
- Perform landscaping functions according to Gardens of Babylon procedures
- Load and unload truck daily and keep truck and lot clean and free of clutter
- Natural Stone (walkways, patio’s, edging)
- Brick, block, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces, and firepits
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be insurable on Gardens of Babylon’s Auto Policy
- ICPI certified
- Willingness to expand knowledge in landscaping and maintenance.
- Ability to lift up 80 lbs continuously
- Team Player Mindset
- Supervisory/ leadership experience
- 5 years' experience in hardscape installation
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to work in a multitude of weather conditions including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc.
Salary : $28 - $32
