QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years in general construction and rehab within the housing industry
- Experience in: Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, and Appliance Repair
- Proven experience in property renovations or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a working smart phone
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must own set of hand tools
- Must be able to work on-call weekend rotation
