What are the responsibilities and job description for the Switchboard Operator position at Gastroenterology Specialties, PC?
We are a busy Gastroenterology office with 33 Providers. We are looking for a team-oriented individual to provide great customer service to our patients! This individual should show great attention to detail and a passion for healthcare. We are currently expanding our Practice and are looking to bring on additional team members to help accommodate for the increased number of patients we will be seeing!
JOB SUMMARY :
- Responsible for directing incoming calls to the specified department or person.
- Acts as the telephone liaison between the public, clinic staff, and physicians.
- Takes and directs messages as requested.
- Assists with other projects as directed by the supervisor.

Monday - Friday from 7:50am - 4:30pm.
Rotating Friday afternoons off!

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
