JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling vehicles while understanding customer needs and providing detailed information. They play a critical role in the condition inspection for all incoming vehicles to help ensure we maintain a quality inventory. Hitting certain sales quotas and working as a team with the staff is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Logging and following up with sales leads
- Writing vehicle descriptions
- Conduct an equipment/condition check on all incoming vehicles
- Providing excellent customer service
- Arranging financing and/or shipping as needed
- Keeping the sales floor organized
- Works all Gateway Caffeine and Chrome events and Holiday Party
- Backing up other employees and working as a team
- Occasionally you may be asked to train new Sales Associates or provide back up to other showrooms, some travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required
- Basic computer skills required
- CRM experience is a plus
HOURS
Our Showroom hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-5pm.
PAY
Commission based income with earning potential of $50,000 - $90,000
