We are seeking a Treasury Analyst with experience in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) like Kyriba or eTreasury to support the daily treasury operations, cash reporting, bank management, and risk management activities of our client. This role will focus on streamlining processes, improving system efficiency, and supporting the overall treasury function.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily cash operations across banking portals.
- Collaborate with bankers and internal teams, including IT, to drive digital improvements in cash and treasury functions.
- Prepare and report on global cash positions daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Assist with TMS implementation and maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Serve as the main contact for treasury-related inquiries from other departments and subsidiaries.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and depository banks.
- Perform high-volume bank account reconciliations.
- Help create cash forecasts for management review.
- Manage banking records and legal documents, including SOX and FBAR compliance.
- Monitor and analyze bank fees, including credit card and cash management expenses.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements and operational controls.
- Assist with the creation of treasury policies and procedures.
- Provide support to departments like FP&A and accounting for month-end, quarter-end, and ad-hoc requests.
- Assist with audits and prepare materials for senior management, investors, and rating agencies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of treasury experience, with daily use of TMS (implementation experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of banking treasury products.
Experience in reconciling complex, high-volume bank accounts.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and adapt to change.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
