**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, from estimation and bidding to completion of the project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed within budget and on schedule. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction projects.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Implement cost control measures to monitor expenses and maintain project profitability.
- Utilize construction management software for efficient project planning and execution.
- Conduct construction estimating to accurately assess project costs and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
- Supervise construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in construction project management.
