Responsibilities of the Natural Energy Team Associate:
- Attract potential customers by engaging with them directly, answering service questions, and closing any sales directly
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and feedback related to orders, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction
- Recommends services that will meet customers’ needs while actively promoting additional products, services, and packages where appropriate
- Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting and analyzing customer acquisition information
- Foster collaborative teamwork by achieving collective goals and supporting colleagues when necessary
- Maintain current knowledge of services by staying up to date of the latest offerings
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed
