We have opened our doors in always-sunny and ever-lively

Miami what a place to start the American journey of our experience and

design-led hostels.

Find us on Collins Avenue in the heart of the South Beach

where you are going to be front and centre for the best Miami has to offer.

Whether you’re looking for an escape to the famous South Beach shores, a

stylish shopping spree at the Design District or a new kind of immersive

nightlife experience, we have it all so keep up! The trendy Art Deco playground

is considered home to the largest collection of design and style in the world,

and it’s all right on our doorstep.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Be assigned to a department, either Bar, Café or Kitchen, but

you may cross over to other outlets temporarily or permanently depending on

your skills, ambitions and business requirements

Have sound knowledge and experience working

with great coffee and food with the courage to offer something a little

different to the Generator guest

Take ownership of the guest journey to ensure

that we create a truly unique Generator experience.

Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer

requests and enquiries, ensuring that you maintain a can do attitude at all

times

Ensure you comply with all company policies you

have been trained on, which include Fire Training and Health & Safety and

Food Hygiene

Be responsible for all cash handling whilst you

are on duty

Be part of a great team within your department

that get Generator and want to be themselves

Know your customers like you know your friends

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

Experience

working within the hospitality / service industry

passion for your city, for travelling and for trending food and drinks concepts

Knowledge of

contemporary interests and the city

Have a

genuine interest and enthusiasm for service

Employment

Requirements : Employees must be able to furnish necessary

identification providing eligibility to work in the United States as defined in

the immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). If hired, the employee

must complete and submit an Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) at

the start of employment. This position does not offer sponsorship of Work
