The position is in-office, 5 days [Monday - Friday] a week from 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.
This position is based in Nashville, TN.
Job Description:
- Key player in communication with the store for invoices, checks, and cash.
- Communication with vendors via email and telephone to maintain clean and accurate accounting records
- AP invoice entry
- Invoice coding
- Organization of invoice scanning
- Check runs
- Bank deposits (including driving to the bank)
- Good computer skills
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of similar work experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
