Genesis Innovations is seeking a talented individual to join our team, as a Designer with the opportunity to advance into a role encompassing Sales and Project Management. This progression comes with the potential to earn a salary ranging from $75,000 to $150,000 annually. What We Offer

·        $450 monthly housing stipend during your onboarding & training in our Loveland location.

o  Begin your journey with comprehensive training in our Loveland production facility and office location.

·        $900 monthly housing stipend for relocation to work primarily from our Edwards showroom.

o  Relocate to the Vail Valley area with confidence, as we will cover a portion of your housing costs for up to a year.

Responsibilities and Duties

·        Develop project drawing packages for client approval and manufacturing.

·        Generate detail drawings for presentation and manufacturing.

·        Partner closely with our Regional Sales Manager to ensure expectations of design intent and objectives are met for the client, General Contractor, and other trades.

Requirements and Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related preferred.

·        Effective computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling in SketchUp.

·        Ability to read and understand architectural and interior design drawings.

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Ability to work well under pressure of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work well with clients and other members of the Genesis Team.

Travel Requirements

·        Travel to active construction sites and comply with safety requirements.

·        Must be willing to relocate to work primarily from our Edwards, CO location.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard. The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm
