Responsibilities:
- Partner with Technology Executives and Business Support Mangers (BSMs) to lead discussions
- Coordinate the financial forecasts, analyze/manage of actuals along with related staffing inputs, using internal Headcount & Forecasting tools
- Manage the process and tracking of staffing, HR and other people related activities
- Support Invoice reconciliations and SOW maintenance
- Delivery of regular management reporting, in conjunction with senior technology leads.
- Support enterprise business continuity and compliance routines within the team
- Organize the management agenda; coordinates materials and communications for All Hands, SLT meetings, business reviews and off-sites
- 4 years in Finance / Workforce Management / Business Management role
- Analytical and have the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience coordinating monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with Finance and Business Managers
- Effective communication and presentative skills
- Proven quantitative capabilities
- Strong financial acumen
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Salary : $50 - $58
