Job Summary for the Commercial Sales Manager: We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to join our award-winning Ford dealership! The right candidate will be goal-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the Commercial department.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Manager:
- Forecasts sales goals and expenses for the commercial vehicle department
- Orders and builds vehicles for commercial sale and works with bailment pools to supplement inventory
- Maintains close contact with customers and manufacturer’s commercial vehicle representatives
- Develops programs that will increase gross and F&I penetration
- Provides proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis
- Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect commercial vehicle sales
- Follows all safety protocols
- Performs duties in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
Qualifications for the Commercial Sales Manager:
- Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Minimum 3 years of commercial management experience
- Minimum of 3 years ordering vehicles and applying upfits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Pricing strategy experience
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
