Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while checking on guests' satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards throughout the service process.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and reporting needs to management.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience in kitchen operations or food preparation is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
