Our Market Researcher collects and studies information about customers, sales trends, products, categories, and services to assist with the development of future marketing campaigns. They will use the data gathered to write lead quality and feedback reports to gain information for the RevOps team. They will leverage platform tools such as GA4, Adobe, MS Dynamics, CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Google Ads to research, audience build and develop new strategies to increase quality leads through our marketing pipeline.

Duties:

• Consult with stakeholders about objectives and the requirements of research projects
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and customer and analytic data
• Work as RevOps team lead to make sure the reports meet their needs and collect feedback on the value and success of the leads
• Assist with the management of our leads system and grading our leads
• Assist with monthly department analytics and research reporting as needed

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required - preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, allowing for research & documenting existing systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms 1-2 years required.
• Experience with Data Quality tools and concepts a plus.
• At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in analytic responsibilities.
• Must understand basic marketing concepts such as Lead Capturing, Lead Generation and RevOps.
• LinkedIn & Google Paid Ad Experience a plus.
