Our client is a leader in the Plastic Injection Molding industry specializing in Medical Device and other custom manufactured parts.
We are currently looking for a CMM Programmer / Operator
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Salary: $26 - $40
1st shift
This is a Direct Hire position, NOT temporary / contract
Responsibilities
- Operate and program coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with GD&T standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers for quality control.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve measurement discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in blueprint reading and dimensional inspection techniques
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and precision measuring instruments
- Strong understanding of GD&T and machining processes
- Familiarity with quality control standards such as AS9100 and ISO 13485
- Knowledge of CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, and CNC operations
- Ability to utilize various measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
