Booth Sr. recognized that there would be a natural evolution in the development of products for the industrial instrumentation process field.
In addition to excellent communication skills, written and verbally, the ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to maintain organized calendar/events planner for other employees. Financial and technical aptitudes are necessary for billing and material tracking as a function of this role. This role comes with a competitive compensation plan as well as excellent benefits. Responsibilities for the Receptionist
- As the main point of contact for the company incoming calls, ability to operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
- Ability to use standard desktop computer for e-mail, printing, document creation, etc.
- Capable of using standard office equipment, such as printer, fax machine, postage meter, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required.
- Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, direct, escort to specific destinations or take provided materials and share with proper employee sending visitor away.
- Schedule appointments, maintain or update calendars as needed.
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers, direct to appropriate manager or employee.
- File and maintain records.
- Record shipment data acknowledge orders in Prophet21 ERP system.
- All other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and communication skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service and scheduling or other related administrative work
- High School diploma required; Associate degree in relative field or equivalent experience preferred.
