Construction Project Manager/Estimator

We are a sixth-generation family-owned construction company with a rich history dating back to the 1860s. We specialize in interior and exterior finishes for commercial buildings in the St. Louis metro area. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator / Project Manager – Commercial Construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Estimator:
• Prepare and send detailed estimates for projects, including reviewing blueprints, using estimating software, and requesting vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Attend scope meetings, walk throughs and communicate with general contractors and architects.
• Project Manager:
• Once awarded a project, oversee it from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budget.
• Manage project documentation, submittals, and material ordering.
• Work closely with our job foreman to ensure smooth field operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Experience in construction estimating and project management is not required; however, a strong interest in the industry and a willingness to learn are essential.
