Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: mowing, weed eating, leaf blowing, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance, and general building repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, and conveyors
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
