Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Assist in training new employees on service standards and procedures
- Ensure efficient seating and service of guests
- Manage reservations and special events bookings
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food service operations and standards
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure smooth service flow
- Proficiency in budgeting and managing resources effectively
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with quick-service fast-food restaurant operations
