SUMMARY: Manages receipt of dispense, purchase, and remittance data.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize received data and source documents; track receipt and follow up on missing or invalid files.
- Interface with staff and external parties to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Validates data received; research invalid data causes and figures out resolution.
- Organize and records work completed.
- Receive and review error reports on a regular basis; make corrections as needed.
- Follow established guidelines or staff requirements to appropriately manage source documents.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties about data entered or source files.
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports for internal and external parties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
