Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional clean vehicle at time of delivery. This position involves managing vehicle flow, assisting guests, and maintaining the overall appearance of the lot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive various types of vehicles. The lot attendant will ensure all new and used vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery.
Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide assistance with parking their vehicles.
- Safely drive and park customer vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with valet parking services when required.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in managing vehicle documentation accurately.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission if possible.
- A background in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage for better guest interaction.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures when necessary for transactions.
