Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, Hospital Name

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Range: \(19-\)22 per hour / depending on life, work, and educational experience.

Position Overview

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to support our client facilities throughout the region. This integral role includes managing data, fostering relationships with clients, assisting providers, liaising with our billing company, and executing administrative tasks on behalf of the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with client facilities.
  • Facilitate effective communication and distribution of information.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate site tours.
  • Enhance provider satisfaction and effectively address any arising issues.
  • Interface between the billing company and client to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage data entry and assist in maintaining accurate client and provider profiles.
  • Act as a resource for scheduling, credentialing, and operational needs.
  • Participate actively in daily operations meetings and training sessions.
  • Respond to inquiries efficiently and manage administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication abilities (both written and oral) to engage effectively with team members and clients.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness in data management.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; a Valid Driver's License required.
  • Medical/clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
