Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate pre-event and tradeshow activities.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of on-site event and tradeshow activations.
- Travel to various events across the country, estimated at 8-10 weekends per year.
- Assist in managing and nurturing existing client accounts.
- Support inside sales activities and leads.
- Conduct outside sales efforts within targeted markets.
- Collaborate with independent sales representatives and the customer success team.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and events.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with customers.
- Willingness to travel seasonally and physically set up booths (ability to lift 50 lbs).
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the outdoor industry or a customer service role is advantageous.
- Candidates are preferred to be located in or near Asheville, NC, as this is a remote role.
