Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and proactive Senior Program Manager to oversee a pivotal federal cybersecurity initiative. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring the efficient delivery of all contractor-led services. As a leader, you will navigate teams through multifaceted projects, uphold compliance with cybersecurity standards, and foster effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

This position centers on providing essential cybersecurity support across several critical domains:

• Task Management: Supervise project controls, reporting, and deliverables.
• Security Assessments: Execute risk and vulnerability evaluations to ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
• Continuous Monitoring: Oversee threat analysis and documentation while transitioning to ongoing monitoring methodologies.
• Administrative Security Support: Facilitate security clearance processing and related documentation.
• Technical Expertise: Advise on cybersecurity policies, system analysis, and operational evaluations.
• Surge Support: Ensure adaptability and scalability to address shifting service requirements.

Qualifications

As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Organizing and overseeing all aspects related to the cybersecurity contract.
• Developing and implementing strategic staffing plans tailored to program requirements.
• Providing strategic guidance to multiple teams working on interconnected projects.
• Monitoring project trajectories, ensuring timely completion of all specified milestones and deliverables.
• Preparing and presenting reports to government Program Managers.
• Proactively identifying risks, crafting mitigation strategies, and communicating these with stakeholders.
• Collaborating with task leads to ensure alignment and coherent execution of program objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in program management or comparable leadership positions, preferably within government contracts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent education/experience in lieu of certification.
• Profound understanding of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Established expertise in managing cybersecurity services, including staffing, task deliverables, and risk management.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
