- Over 10 years of experience in program management or comparable leadership positions, preferably within government contracts.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent education/experience in lieu of certification.

- Established expertise in managing cybersecurity services, including staffing, task deliverables, and risk management.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
