Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Program Manager, your duties will encompass:
- Supervising all contractor activities to ensure strict adherence to established timelines.
- Maintaining open and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Managing project controls, reporting processes, and ensuring successful task execution within the program.
- Leading risk and vulnerability assessments to guarantee compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Overseeing ongoing threat analysis and documentation, transitioning the project towards continuous monitoring initiatives.
- Assisting with security clearance processing and necessary documentation.
- Providing strategic insights into cybersecurity, conducting system analysis, and participating in policy reviews.
- Offering resource scaling during periods of increased service demand.
- Engaging in Machine Learning Security Operations, Offensive Security, and risk assessments, while ensuring meticulous technical documentation.
- Developing and managing staffing plans, offering strategic guidance across various teams.
- Organizing, monitoring, and coordinating interconnected projects to align with governmental requirements.
- Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports to government project managers (PMs).
- Collaborating with other task leads to ensure the fulfillment of specific deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Identifying risks and communicating relevant mitigation strategies to government representatives.
- Over 10 years of demonstrable experience in program management or other senior managerial roles.
- Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant educational credentials in lieu of certification.
- Strong proficiency in performance evaluation, change management, and exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record in organizing and managing cybersecurity services.
- Demonstrated capability in developing staffing plans, leading teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Experience in preparing reports and task management deliverables for government stakeholders.
- Expertise in risk identification, management, and mitigation.
- An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is a prerequisite.
- 10 years of experience in program management or senior-level managerial positions.
- Previous experience working with federal agencies, ideally within DHS CISA.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity program management practices.
- Understanding of SAFe and DevSecOps methodologies is preferred.
