Remote Program Manager - Cyber Project with TS/SCI | WFH

Job Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and accomplished Senior Program Manager to spearhead a pivotal Federal Cybersecurity Program. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to oversee and direct cybersecurity initiatives while collaborating closely with government stakeholders. As the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing government contracts, orchestrating teams, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines
• Lead risk and vulnerability assessments to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards
• Manage ongoing threat analysis and documentation, advancing the project toward continuous monitoring
• Provide administrative support for security clearance processes and related documentation
• Offer strategic insights in cybersecurity, including system analysis and policy evaluations
• Provide resource scaling during periods of increased service demand
• Engage in Machine Learning Security Operations, Offensive Security, and risk assessments while ensuring comprehensive technical documentation and communication
• Develop and manage staffing strategies, offering strategic direction to various teams
• Organize, monitor, and coordinate interconnected projects to ensure government compliance
• Prepare and deliver reports to government project managers (PMs)
• Collaborate with other task leads to ensure timely delivery of specific project outcomes
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to government representatives
  
  

Required Skills

• 10 years of demonstrable experience in program management or senior-level management roles
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant educational background in its absence
• Comprehensive knowledge of performance evaluation, change management, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proven experience in organizing and overseeing cybersecurity services
• Capability to develop staffing plans, lead teams, and guarantee project success
• Proficient in preparing reports and task management deliverables for government stakeholders
• Expertise in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks
• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance is mandatory
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience collaborating with federal agencies, ideally DHS CISA
• Experience in cybersecurity program management
• Familiarity with SAFe and DevSecOps methodologies
