Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Senior Program Manager to spearhead a pivotal Federal Cybersecurity Program. This position presents a remarkable chance to direct and supervise cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating closely with government stakeholders. As the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of the project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing government contracts, leading teams, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this Senior Program Manager role, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Direct the oversight of all contractor activities while ensuring compliance with established timelines and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project controls, reporting, and the successful execution of tasks within the program.
• Lead security risk and vulnerability assessments, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards and guidelines.
• Oversee ongoing threat analysis and documentation, driving the transition of the project towards continuous monitoring efforts.
• Provide administrative support for security clearance processing and manage necessary documentation.
• Offer strategic insights in cybersecurity, conduct system analysis, and perform policy reviews.
• Support resource scaling during periods of increased demand.
• Participate in ML Security Operations, Offensive Security, and risk assessments while ensuring comprehensive technical documentation and communication.
  
  

Required Skills

Candidates must possess the following skills to thrive in this position:

• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in program management or other senior managerial roles.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant educational background in lieu of certification.
• Strong proficiency in performance evaluation, change management, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing cybersecurity services.
• Established capability to develop staffing plans, lead teams effectively, and ensure project success.
• Experience preparing reports and task management deliverables for government stakeholders.
• Expertise in risk identification, management, and mitigation.
• An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is mandatory.
  
  

Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working with federal agencies (preferably DHS CISA).
• Experience in cybersecurity program management.
