Remote Program Manager - TS/SCI Cyber Project

Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Senior Program Manager to spearhead a pivotal Federal Cybersecurity Program. This role presents a unique chance to guide and oversee critical cybersecurity initiatives while collaborating closely with government stakeholders. You will act as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all contractor activities to ensure compliance with schedules and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Directing project controls, reporting, and facilitating the successful execution of program tasks.
• Leading risk and vulnerability assessments to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Managing continuous threat analysis and documentation, steering the project towards ongoing monitoring efforts.
• Providing administrative support for security clearance processing and related documentation.
• Offering strategic insights into cybersecurity, conducting system analyses, and reviewing policies.
• Scaling resources effectively during periods of heightened service demand.
• Engaging in Machine Learning (ML) Security Operations and Offensive Security, while ensuring meticulous technical documentation and communication.
  
  

Required Skills

Candidates must possess the following skills:

• Over 10 years of demonstrable experience in program management or senior-level managerial roles.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant educational background.
• Strong expertise in performance evaluation, change management, outstanding communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing cybersecurity services effectively.
• Ability to devise staffing plans, lead teams, and ensure project success.
• Experience in preparing reports and managing deliverables for government entities.
• Proficiency in risk identification, management, and mitigation strategies.
