An Assistant Site Manager for Blue Tide Car Wash is tasked with helping to develop and maintain a team of people to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clean, dry, shiny vehicle to the customer in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. Assist with sales initiatives of memberships to drive revenue as well as brand recognition in the community. Help oversees the daily operations of the car wash including financial transactions, vendor relationships, product inventory and equipment maintenance.
