Responsibilities
- Educate Clients: Guide customers through ACA health insurance options to help them select the best coverage for their needs.
- Engage Leads: Manage inbound leads and follow up with potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
- Provide Support: Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy throughout the enrollment process.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and ACA policies at all times.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Ongoing Learning: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on ACA guidelines and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centers, preferably in health insurance or related fields.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with ACA plans and health insurance products is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Licensed Agents Preferred: Active life and health insurance licenses are highly valued, but we are willing to assist motivated candidates in obtaining their licenses.
