What You’ll Do
As a Membership Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Director of Membership to develop and execute strategies for membership growth and retention. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
- Create and share reports that track membership trends and performance.
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and train team members on using these tools effectively.
- Lead efforts to ensure data accuracy and address quality issues in our systems.
- Support data analysis, including creating dashboards and reports in tools like PowerBI and Excel.
- Prepare materials for presentations, workshops, and membership reports.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email, connecting stakeholders with the right team members.
- Help organize and schedule meetings and events, managing logistics such as materials, space, and catering.
- Assist in implementing department-wide initiatives, including creating processes and gathering feedback.
- Manage volunteer communications on our Rallyhood platform.
- Support event registration for membership events and community programs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Retail and Finance, to process financial assistance and handle troop account issues.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce or analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a bonus.
- A proactive approach to learning and solving technical challenges.
