Duties
- Investigate claims by gathering relevant information, including statements from involved parties, reports, and documentation.
- Analyze data using financial software to assess the validity of claims and determine appropriate settlements.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, ensuring fair outcomes for both the company and the customer.
- Evaluate auto estimating reports to assess damages and determine repair costs.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities and communications.
- Ensure compliance with workers' compensation law and regulations throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with other departments to prevent fraud through effective detection methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to claims.
Skills
